Schedule a Try Out for the Pocono Family YMCA Swim Team

Please follow the steps below to schedule your "Try-Out":

Stroudsburg Intermediate School - Tues or Thurs: 6:30-7:30pm
Pocono Mountain West High School - Mon or Wed: 6:00-7:00pm
Lehman Intermediate School - Mon or Wed: 6:00-7:00pm

Week Try Out

Please bring the following to the "Try-Out".

Racing goggles (Competitive Swimming Goggles)(Click here for an example).
Towel - to dry off.
Drink such as water or Gater Aid (No glass or juice or sodas).
Practice swim suit (Click Here for an example).
Swim Cap for swimmers with long hair (Click here for an example).
